Job Description:
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master at AgriBotics Solutions, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching the team on Scrum practices, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members, and facilitating the successful delivery of our AgriBotics project. You will work closely with all roles within the team to plan, direct, and coordinate activities to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices to ensure consistent adherence.
- Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with product owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals, tasks, and deadlines among team members.
- Track and report on project progress, team performance, and metrics to stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including robotics engineers, 3D designers, biologists, and software developers, to ensure cohesive project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a technology or robotics-related project.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in agricultural robotics or similar applications.
- Knowledge of software development and engineering practices.
- Familiarity with biotechnological and agricultural practices.
